Having high-end work as niche market
We pride ourselves doing high-end jobs and meeting demanding requirements. We use the same high standards on all our projects regardless of scope.
-
Being a union company
As being a union company (DC 38 Finishing Trades), we provide competitive wage packages for our employees. In return we believe we have some of the best employees in the Lower Mainland.
-
Being proactive
We strive for positive communication between our employees, and clients, architects and engineers. We always speak up if we see things that might pose a problem.
-
Being open for conversation
Our office is always open for our clients and our employees. Our goal is to leave perfect work behind and take care of our employees. Any concerns – we are open for discussion.
-
Green business managing
We manage our business in a new-fashion way. We estimate and manage jobs on computer, not on paper. We use direct deposits for payroll. We collect time cards electronically. We always try to save paper. We prefer e-mailing over mailing and faxing. If your construction office needs consultation in how to switch your business to the computer era, just contact us and we will help you, we have advanced solutions.
-
Having safety as first priority
We have created an Occupational Health and Safety Program with Blueline Safety. Several of our employees have level one first aid certificates. We have a safety officer with level three first aid ticket who constantly keeps maintaining, monitoring and upgrading our safety procedures.
